As a Sales/Service Engineer at Galland Henning, Scott combined his electrical, mechanical and hydraulics expertise to oversee the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-density hydraulic balers and pneumatic systems. His work in the field extended to supervising complex installations, performing startups, training maintenance teams, and implementing custom controls solutions tailored to unique operational environments. Leveraging his deep understanding of PLC programs, control panel design, and advanced diagnostics, Scott consistently minimized downtime and enhanced system reliability for clients.
Scott has traveled extensively domestically and around the world to different countries to perform startups and troubleshooting of various equipment including balers. Scott’s electrical and controls experience is backed by his ability to lead projects that require precision and adaptability. With a background that includes designing and building custom control panels as a Senior Control Panel Technician, he has collaborated with highly skilled electricians to execute complex installations for critical applications in the offshore oil and gas, pharmaceutical, dairy, and industrial sectors.
