Geoffrey Harvey is an electrical engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting complex control systems for industrial applications, including high-performance equipment like Galland Henning balers. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering technology and industrial management, Geoffrey excels in solving complex electrical and programming challenges while implementing forward-thinking strategies. He has a proven track record of developing company-wide procedures for design and testing, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing departmental goals for employee development and performance.

Geoffrey’s technical contributions to Galland Henning balers involved designing advanced control systems to optimize the performance and reliability of this high-speed, precision equipment widely used in aluminum can manufacturing. His role required programming sophisticated systems, integrating technologies such as RSLogix 500 and Studio 5000, and troubleshooting electrical and process challenges to ensure seamless operations and best-in-class uptime in demanding production environments.

As the former Director of Electrical Engineering at Centrisys Corp, Geoffrey led a team of six engineers, driving innovation and operational excellence in electrical system design, programming, and testing. His hands-on expertise and leadership were recognized with the company's MVP award in 2013. Geoffrey’s technical expertise includes RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View Studio, Modicon Unity, Siemens TIA Portal, and advanced VFD programming with Allen Bradley and ABB systems. He is skilled in analytical problem-solving, ensuring reliable operations across electrical, programming, and process systems. His international experience and proficiency in ISO9000 auditing further underscore his ability to operate in dynamic, global environments.

Geoffrey holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from MSOE, a Bachelor of Science in Management with an Industrial Management Focus from University of Wisconsin-Stout, and multiple associate degrees in Electrical Engineering Technology and Supervisory Management from Gateway Technical College. His expertise in developing and troubleshooting control systems for critical industrial equipment, like Galland Henning balers, combined with a customer-centric approach, make Geoffrey an invaluable partner to manufacturing and industrial professionals striving to enhance system reliability and performance.
